The foundation of Jain & Runwal was laid by Mr. Dilipchand P. Runwal in the year 1990,the firm had a modest beginning. Though he is not a Chartered Accountant, his knowledge and experience in the field of Taxation and Advisory is grueling. The firm has a three decades long legacy catering to various clients.​​

To take the legacy forward CA. Roshan Dilipchand Runwal (Son) has joined the firm and added Finance and Assurance and Auditing services to the service portfolio.​​

CA. Roshan Runwal is an Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate. He has completed his article ship from Mumbai based firm and has experience in Audit & Taxation. Post qualification, he was working in a company which specializes in Fund raising and was a crucial part of the team. His knowledge and perseverance has led to successful closure of deals in the range of INR 500 million to INR 800 Million. To further strengthen its team and capabilities, M/s. Jain & Runwal proudly introduces two new partners, each bringing their specialized expertise to the firm.
